It all started when we had our mini gathering of ex-MRSM Terendak high school friends. It was wonderful to see how people have changed throughout the years. Some are successful business women and men, some are still as slim and some have grown triple their sizes. I realize then that along the way, we all had given up our youth to have a different life of our own. We would probably argue about what life means, and the fundamental views of a life is different from one person to the other, some consider work as their life, some have families as their life and some consider health as their life. We all have quite different views of what fundamental importance exist in life, but among the many, we would all agree that our memories were the sweetest treasures we all have in our lives.
Among the things that made us realise this is some old pictures gathered by our friend ainnie. She managed to salvage from a moldy box, hidden in a store room under a decade old of dust. And in that box was the treasures of our past. It was not gold, it was not silver but it was her scrap book containing some pictures of our lives in MRSM Terendak. She scanned some of the pictures, and shared it with us. It was amazing.....how we all changed so much.....
Here are some of the pictures that made me smile that day....
role of a Fairy God Father, later changed to Tok Bomoh due to the plot being argued by MRSM Judges and Officials as not Local, Islamic and Malay cultured. I remember this because I was the initial writer for this fantasy like drama. Even at that age, I was doing things that was just opposite of what the authority wanted. I guess being mischievous and rebellious is an innate talent I never really wanted....but always had....

Anyway, having seen that, do you agree with me that memories are the most sweetest treasures in life?
