Work in Progress

Dear Readers,

I don't have a lot of readers, but I believe I have some family and friends who are wondering why I'm not writing. I'm sorry for being busy lately but I am in good health though mostly sleep deprive. I must say that I have been taking a sabbatical leave on blogging for maybe a month. Particularly, I'm busy trying to finish the requirements necessary to convince funding for my 2 research projects as well as another project I'm working on my own. So a lot of work is in progress. Will update soon. Have much to say, just no time to put it down.

  3. mel/sis: Hmmm, I would like to start taking vitamin C. But im too cheap to get one. So aper nak buat, luckily, I don't get sick often lah.....I guess the body is getting used to the abused.

    SLEEP .... is very important.
    with enough sleep, you'll have less stress, less agitation and hey presto.... you'll maintain your youthful looks.

  5. Sis Leila: Sleep is indeed very important. I'm sure sleep is important, but sometimes, in my case, too much sleep can be add to the stress. Sebab terlepas kelas.....so kalau terlepas mesti stress.....:)

  10. mnajem: Shadow boxing.....what is that....abot stress reliever, I have started jogging everyday now. Though sometimes its swimming...depends on the mood. Yeah, a 4 mile run can give some kind of relief.
